Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of DF Talent, a recruitment technology platform operated by DF Booking Digital Solutions. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

DF Talent is a technology platform that connects candidates, employers, and recruiters. It does not guarantee jobs, interviews, placements, employer responses, visas, work permits, sponsorship, or immigration outcomes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use DF Talent. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

3. User Roles

DF Talent supports four roles:

• Candidate: creates a profile, uploads resumes, applies for jobs, and uses career tools.
• Employer: posts jobs, reviews applications, and manages hiring workflows.
• Recruiter: manages candidate pipelines, employer relationships, interviews, offers, and placements.
• Admin: manages users, content moderation, billing, and platform settings.

Recruiter and admin roles are assigned by administrators only. Candidate and employer roles can be self-selected during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
• Request payment in exchange for guaranteed jobs, visas, sponsorship, or work permits.
• Scrape, harvest, sell, or unlawfully redistribute candidate data.
• Use the platform for discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to bypass subscription limits, access controls, or payment systems.
• Upload malware, phishing content, or harmful code.
• Misuse AI-generated content or platform features.

5. Candidate Features

Candidates can create profiles, manage multiple resume versions, browse and search jobs, save jobs, apply for jobs, track applications, and use AI-assisted career tools. The Free plan allows browsing and applying to jobs at no cost. Career Pro adds advanced AI tools for a fee.

Candidates are never required to purchase Career Pro to apply for jobs available under the Free plan.

6. Employer and Recruiter Features

Employers can post jobs, review applications, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and manage hiring workflows. Recruiters can manage candidate pipelines, employer relationships, tasks, interviews, offers, and placements.

Employers and recruiters are responsible for the accuracy of job postings, lawfulness of their recruitment practices, and proper handling of candidate data.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

DF Talent offers the following subscription plans. Prices are displayed before checkout. You must deliberately select a plan and complete checkout to be charged.

Candidate plans:

• Candidate Free: $0, no trial, no expiry. Browse and apply to jobs.
• Career Pro: $19/month or $149/year (billed annually). No trial. Advanced AI tools.

Employer and recruiter plans:

• 14-day full-access trial: no card required, full role-appropriate access for 14 days.
• Recruiter Starter: $79/month. 1 seat, up to 3 active job posts.
• Recruiter Growth: $179/month or $1,790/year. Up to 3 seats, up to 15 active job posts.
• Recruitment Agency: $349/month or $3,490/year. Up to 5 seats, up to 50 active job posts.

Annual savings: Growth saves $358/year (approximately 16.7%); Recruitment Agency saves $698/year (approximately 16.7%). Starter annual pricing is available only if configured.

8. Trial Terms

New employer and recruiter accounts can activate a 14-day full-access trial. The trial requires no credit card, no payment details, and no Stripe checkout. The trial provides full access to role-appropriate features. When the trial expires, no charge is applied, no paid subscription is created, and the account is preserved. Trial-only features are restricted until a paid subscription is purchased.

9. Intellectual Property

DF Talent and its software, design, and content are owned by DF Booking Digital Solutions. You retain ownership of the content you submit, including resumes, profiles, and job postings. You grant DF Talent a license to display and process your content as needed to operate the platform.

10. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon closure, your data is handled according to our retention and deletion practices described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and Liability

DF Talent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months, or a reasonable amount if no payment was made.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

13. Dispute Handling

If you have a dispute, contact us at support@dfbooking.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally. Governing law and jurisdiction are determined by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which DF Booking Digital Solutions operates, subject to confirmation of the correct legal entity details.

14. No Recruitment Agency License Claim

DF Talent is a recruitment technology platform. We do not claim to be a licensed recruitment agency in any jurisdiction unless verified documentation supports that claim. Employers and recruiters using the platform are responsible for their own compliance with local recruitment regulations.
