Candidate Agreement

1. Account and Profile

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current information in your candidate profile. Your profile represents you to employers and recruiters. You must not create a profile using someone else's identity or false information.

2. Resume and Qualification Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of your resumes, CVs, work history, skills, and qualifications. Providing false or misleading qualification information is prohibited and may result in account suspension. Employers may verify information independently.

3. Profile Visibility and Sharing

You control who can discover your profile through three visibility settings: public, recruiters only, and private. When you apply for a job, your application and selected resume are shared with that employer. You can change your visibility setting at any time.

4. Applying for Jobs

You can browse and apply for jobs under the Free plan at no cost. You are never required to purchase Career Pro to apply for a job that is available to Free plan users. When you apply, your information is shared with the employer who posted the job.

5. Subscription Terms

Candidate Free: $0, no trial, no expiry. Includes profile creation, job browsing, job search, basic applications, application tracking, resume builder, basic resume analysis, and basic job matching.

Career Pro: $19/month or $149/year (billed annually). No trial. Includes all Free features plus advanced resume analysis, resume tailoring, cover letter generation, advanced job matching, interview preparation, and additional resume versions.

You can upgrade or cancel Career Pro at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Billing and Refund Policy for details.

6. AI-Generated Content

Career Pro includes AI-assisted features such as resume analysis, resume building, cover letter generation, resume tailoring, and interview preparation. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You must review and correct AI-generated documents before submitting them to employers.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Submit false qualifications, fake credentials, or misleading work history.
• Impersonate another person or use someone else's information without permission.
• Engage in fraud or misrepresentation.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to bypass subscription limits or access features without paying.

8. Data Rights and Account Deletion

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account from your account settings. For privacy requests, contact support@dfbooking.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. No Guarantee of Employment

DF Talent does not guarantee employment, interviews, job placement, sponsorship, visas, work permits, or immigration outcomes. The platform provides tools to support your job search, but hiring decisions are made by employers. See our Recruitment Disclaimer.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel Career Pro at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. See our Billing and Refund Policy for details.
