1. AI Features on DF Talent

DF Talent offers the following AI-assisted features:

• Resume analysis: reviews your resume and provides feedback on strengths and areas for improvement.
• Resume builder: helps generate resume content based on your input.
• Resume tailoring: adjusts your resume to better match a specific job description.
• Cover letter generation: creates a draft cover letter based on your profile and a job description.
• Interview preparation: generates practice questions and preparation guidance for a specific role.
• Job matching: compares your profile with job listings to suggest relevant opportunities.
• Candidate matching: compares candidate profiles with job requirements to suggest relevant candidates (employer feature).
• Job search: processes natural language queries to find relevant job listings.

2. How AI Features Work

When you use an AI feature, the relevant text, such as your resume content, profile information, or a job description, is sent to a third-party AI language model provider through our platform's integration. The AI provider processes this text and returns a generated response. The response is then displayed to you.

We do not control whether AI providers retain or use submitted data for their own purposes, including model training. You should avoid uploading information you do not have permission to share or that contains sensitive personal data you do not want processed by AI services.

3. AI Output Is Not Guaranteed

AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. AI scores, match ratings, and recommendations are not guarantees of:

• Interviews or employer responses.
• Employment or job placement.
• Candidate quality or suitability.
• The accuracy of generated resumes or cover letters.

4. Your Responsibility to Review

You must review and correct AI-generated documents before submitting them to employers or sharing them with others. AI-generated content should not be presented as the final authority for recruitment decisions. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you submit, whether AI-generated or not.

5. AI Should Not Replace Human Judgment

AI tools on DF Talent are designed to assist, not replace, human judgment. Employers and recruiters should not rely solely on AI matching scores when making hiring decisions. Candidates should not rely solely on AI-generated content when applying for jobs.

6. Data Processing by AI Providers

When you use AI features, your information is processed by third-party AI providers. We do not claim that these providers never retain or use your data. We select providers we believe are reputable, but we cannot guarantee how they handle your data beyond what is described in their own terms and policies.

7. Do Not Upload Unauthorized Information

You should not upload or submit information that:

• You do not have permission to share.
• Belongs to someone else without their consent.
• Contains sensitive personal data you do not want processed by AI services.
• Is confidential or proprietary without authorization.

8. Feature Availability

AI feature availability depends on your subscription plan. Some AI features are available on the Free plan with daily usage limits. Additional AI features are available on Career Pro for candidates and on paid employer plans. Usage limits may apply. See our pricing page for details.
