While we may offer employer verification features, a verification badge or claim only reflects a real, documented verification process. Users should independently verify employers, job offers, contracts, and any requests for money or sensitive documents.

3. No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes

DF Talent does not guarantee:

• Employment or job placement.
• Interviews or employer responses.
• Sponsorship, visas, work permits, or immigration approval.
• Specific salary levels or compensation.

If a verification process is not available for a particular employer, no verification claim is made.

8. No Recruitment Agency License

DF Talent is a technology platform, not a licensed recruitment agency. We do not claim to hold recruitment agency licenses in any jurisdiction unless verified documentation supports that claim. Employers and recruiters using the platform are responsible for their own regulatory compliance.
